All participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (where applicable).
Real Care Certification reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
Fees must be paid in full before the start of the training or webinar.
Refund requests will only be considered if submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled program.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date or for non-attendance.
In case of program cancellation by Real Care Certification, participants will receive a full refund or may opt for a rescheduled session.
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the training/webinar and fulfillment of assessment criteria, if applicable.
Misuse, alteration, or falsification of certificates is strictly prohibited.
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during all sessions.
Disruptive, offensive, or unethical conduct may result in removal from the program.
All training materials, webinar content, and resources are the property of Real Care Certification.
Materials provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
